Here is a photograph I took from the porch/patio/deck at the bakery in Warm Springs, Georgia. It was a warm 89 degrees Fahrenheit, but the shade and ceiling fan made it pleasant.
It is difficult to tell from this photograph, but, on the other side of the deck railing, there are a couple of old passenger train cars, which appear to have been used for something other than being pulled up and down the track. A wooden porch is attached to the side of the cars, and several rocking chairs line the porch. Sadly, the porch nor the cars appear to have been used for some time.
There is not a lot in this pleasant town, but what they do have they take great pride in it and offer a warm hospitality to people passing through. If you are in the area and feel like slowing down and enjoying the scenery for a change, Warm Springs is the place to do it.
